Professional Code of Conduct

InspekTech® Consulting code of ethics & stewardship, as embodied in our Professional Code of Conduct and agreed to by all our workers prior to hiring, is as follows:


  • Act with honesty and integrity, avoiding actual or apparent conflicts of interest as I seek to treat those around me in a manner I would like to be treated.
  • Provide customers with information and results that are consistently accurate, priced fairly, of sound value, complete, relevant, timely, reliable and understandable.
  • Treat suppliers with respect, thankfulness and provide prompt payment for goods or services rendered.


  • Maintain professionalism at all times and in all situations and to do so in a courteous and respectful manner as becoming my role and profession.
  • Act in good faith, responsibly, objectively, with due care, competence and diligence, without misrepresenting facts.
  • Respect the confidentiality of information acquired in my role as an independent 3rd party.


  • Proactively promote and be an example of ethical behavior.
  • Where possible provide work avenues of advancement to team members based on their skills and interests.
  • Not wrongly influence, coerce, manipulate, or knowingly mislead any customer, co-worker, supplier or other stakeholder.
  • Provide value-added service where feasible to customers and to our customer's clients and maintain responsible use, control, and stewardship over materials and tools provided by InspekTech that are entrusted to my use.


  • Practice stewardship and practical use of company resources that can reduce waste.
  • Make consistent use of InspekTech's almost 100% paperless online deliverable system offered to workers [and clients].
  • In purchasing decisions, where fitting consider suppliers who emulate an appropriate balance of creation resources.


  • Comply with lawful rules and regulations of federal, provincial and local governments, and other appropriate private and public regulatory agencies.
  • Observe the rule and spirit of the law and comply with the ethical and technical requirements of any relevant regulatory or professional body as may be appropriate to my role.


  • In the event a customer, or a client’s customer, misunderstands the purpose of a task, or of inspecting a risk, or of provision of any service or deliverable, to professionally resolve any given issue promptly with clear communication or to courteously leave the location in a positive manner offering to provide a solution in consult with other stakeholders.
  • Not to overstep the role as an independent 3rd party.
  • Represent and serve all customers in a manner consistent with the ethical standards of this Code of Professional Conduct.
