The InspekTech ReCalc™ (or "mini-appraisal") report is purposed to determine the current replacement value of a Commercial or Strata building, based on existing information gathered during prior onsite work.

Original onsite work provides vital baselines for annual updates via our ReCalc™. Every prior InspekTech® Total Value Appraisal (TVA)™ includes for 4 years of "follow-on" annual ReCalc™ updates under our 5-year insurance appraisal service. InspekTech® partners with CoreLogic® melding component update costing variables into our proprietary reporting for ITV ReCalc™ update reporting.
