Original onsite work provides vital baselines for annual updates via our ReCalc™. Every prior InspekTech® Total Value Appraisal (TVA)™ includes follow-on annual ReCalc™ updates in our strata insurance appraisal service. InspekTech® partners with CoreLogic®/Cotality melding component update costing variables into our proprietary reporting for ITV ReCalc™ update reporting.
